When you send a request

We collect the name, email, project title, selected service and message you provide. Phone number, budget and timeline are optional. We use this information to review your project, respond to you, prepare a proposal and manage any work you commission. Please share only a short synopsis initially, rather than your full screenplay or sensitive personal information.

Who can access it

Your enquiry, project records and studio activity are stored in MongoDB and are accessible to authorised administrators. Our configured database and application hosting providers process this information to operate the system. Amazon Cognito handles administrator authentication; it does not receive the story submitted through the public form. Requests are not published on the website or sold as marketing lists.

Traffic measurement

We count page views, pitch-button clicks, form starts and submitted requests by day. Referrals are grouped as direct, search, social or referral; full referring URLs are not stored. These totals do not identify individual visitors or use advertising cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional browser events. Operational enquiry totals remain recorded.

Security and cookies

The public website does not use login or analytics cookies. The private admin portal uses essential session and temporary sign-in cookies. Sign-in credentials are forwarded securely by our server to Amazon Cognito for verification and are not retained. Encrypted temporary verification state is held for up to three minutes. Administrator names, email addresses, Cognito identifiers and sign-in activity are stored in the studio database. Passwords and Cognito tokens are not stored in the studio database. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used for abuse prevention. Server or hosting infrastructure may maintain its own security logs.

Retention

Aggregate website statistics expire after a rolling window of 180 daily buckets; MongoDB removes expired records in the background. Enquiries, project records and internal notes are retained while needed for enquiries, client work and operational obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
